Paratransit is truly about meeting the needs of the community, and that means more than just providing a safe, convenient ride. We believe in getting involved with the community to get a better understanding of their needs and expectations, which gives us the ability to provide even better transit services. That’s what ‘Global Gives Back’ means to us.
Global Paratransit is not just a service provider, but an active member and partner with the local ADA community.
We work with local non-profits such as Wayfinder Family Services, the Pushrim Foundation, and the Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center to train and hire disabled individuals to join our GPI family – giving them a path toward self-sufficiency and independence.
Global gives back by participating in several programs such as the Disabled Veterans Outreach Program and the Long Beach Citizens Advisory Commission on Disabilities to name a few.
