As an essential service provider for countless residents of Los Angeles county, Global Paratransit continues to operate during the current public health crisis of Covid-19.

We want to assure you that we have taken swift and proactive measures to combat COVID-19 as it relates to our operations.

We immediately implemented new sanitizing protocols across our business. Every day, our teams will be thoroughly sanitizing and disinfecting each vehicle by using CDC recommended cleaning solutions, which helps prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other viral respiratory illnesses. Our workplace is frequently cleaned daily, with all surfaces and amenities disinfected.

We have also asked our employees to adhere to the CDC guidelines on COVID-19 to reduce transmission of germs. Aside from wearing face coverings, we have altered our work environment to comply with physical distancing, installed hand sanitizer dispensers in multiple places as well as posters, signage and additional resources from the CDC website to remind everyone how to take all necessary precautions.

Should any of our employees become affected by COVID-19, we have put in place an expedient notification process and will reach out to the affected customer(s) immediately to inform them of the situation.
